When multiple channels cover a presidential speech, debate, election, etc I have a tough time trying to decide which one to watch. I was wondering what channel everyone is planning on watching.
I'm really interested in reasons why you prefer a certain channel too. Sorry if I didnt include the channel you're going to watch, these are the ones available for my TV
If you choose Other let us know what the channel is, and if you choose Flip Around please share which ones you are planning to watch _________________ Where UMass Happens:

I watched NBC for all the debates so I'll probably stick with them for most of Election Night, although I'm sure i'll flip around a little bit. I prefer the anchors NBC had used for the election and also wanted to stick with one station for all the debates. However, I do try to watch coverage of the election on as many stations as possible so I can get as many different views on it as possible. _________________ Any team, any time, any place |

| My wife and I will have NBC on. We miss Tim Russert (we had the chance to meet him in April), but we'll stick to the network. |

I'll be flipping through the broadcast networks and the cable news channels.

With no Tim Russert to bring sanity I'll take a pass.
After this week's infomercial blitz Obama can easily take a knee and run out the clock. |

I'll wait and get the results with my morning coffee. Since both the campaigns have left the issues for mud slinging I have stopped watching. _________________ "In our Country... one class of men makes war and leaves another to fight it out." ~ William T. Sherman |

| I'm going to watch the DirecTV Election Mix channel. It's like the NFL mix channel, with multiple news channels in PIP screens in one channel. |

| I'll probably flip around...biased coverage is always going on so it grinds my gears to hear them talk up one candidate or the other. |

I generally flip between CNN and Fox News on a regular basis anyway. Probably on election night I'll spend the majority on those two channels and sprinkle in some of the major networks when they both happen to be at commercial. _________________ UMass Hockey Blog:

| I was telling my friend the other day that on election night I think that Fox News will be reporting how Obama is running away with it, and all the Networks will say it is an extremely close race. All in an attempt to get more/less people to go to the polls. |

| Mark Shields and David Brooks are always a good bet on PBS, but I'm not sure how they'll be used on election night. I'll probably flip around and avoid CNN like the plague. |

| I typically watch CNN on election night, but I would imagine Fox News will be the funniest to watch this time around. They'll all be up in arms as to how and why Obama is running away with it. Might provide some comical moments and maybe a new drinking game or two! |
