Since I was reminded today about the cost of this message board I am going to do my bit for the effort in advance of the holiday season. The new year is approaching have you rendered unto Mike yet? I'm sure he appreciates it as much as we appreciate his efforts running this board.

Local, your signature line has always brought a smile, but on this draft night, it rings so dang true it is genuinely funny. The irksome thing is that next year, ConU and Texas will be so loaded with newcomers, Dick Vitale will be "Diaper Dandy-ing" us to death! Shocked

Mike,

I would like to donate some cash through Paypal, but your link doesn't work anymore. Can you update it and post back on this link when it is set to go. Thanks.

I will. PayPal changed their donation code and I have to fix it.

Thanks in advance!

It seems to be alright now. I can't remember when I changed it.

Just out of curiosity - what is your referral percentage on Amazon? My wife buys sh*t there all the time (and I'm considering a new lens for my DSLR). We'll happily use the link, but it would be nice to know how much we're forcing Amazon to pay you Wink

I think it's like 4%, but not too many orders come in, so it only nets out to a few dollars per year. But if you're planning to shop there, definitely use the links I have on the home page Smile

With the start of the season, I figured I'd remind people of this thread and let you know, Mike, that the paypal site link is outdated.

Fix that shit and let us donate some cash for all the hours each season we spend reading on your website and on your dime.

It is? I just tried the one on the bottom of the home page, and it works to a point. But I didn't try donating to myself Smile

Thanks, Mike. The links from this thread are outdated, but the link from the main page works as suggested. Keep up the good work.
