Article says he's a rising sophomore, which makes him class of 2014. _________________ Always remember that you are unique, just like everyone else. |

Strengths:
A super skilled young player with good size and length, Cimino has the tools to blossom into a versatile forward. He has a tremendously smooth shooting stroke and is already a very dependable three-point shooter when in rhythm. He is already a mismatch problem with the ability to go to the low post and turn either shoulder around the rim. His hand is so advanced that he can even make little runners when facing up and attacking off the dribble.
Weaknesses:
An only average athlete, Cimino doesn't project capable of defending the perimeter at the next level and so will need to work hard in the weight room to build up his frame so that he is capable of battling in the post, especially on the defensive end. Most important will be further experience against a high level of competition as he learns to get his shot off quickly and adjust to the speed and physicality of a high level game.
Bottom Line:
A tremendously skilled young player who already poses a major mismatch problem, if Cimino dedicates himself to getting stronger and learns to adjust to the speed and physicality of a competitive game, he will have a very bright future. _________________ “Some people want it to happen, some wish it would happen, others make it happen.” |

- From UMass Offer Article 7/11..."Coming into the Summer, everyone knew that Cimino was a talented big man with 3-pt range...the one question on Cimino was whether he would mix it up enough in the paint. And this summer, Cimino showed he was more than willing to get physical down low. He mixed it up all summer, initiating contact and throwing his huge frame around like a speak-easy brawler, except his method of brawling consisted of boxing out, fighting for post position, challenging shots, and just taking up space in general. His new-found commitment to an equal partnership between the paint and the perimeter has Cimino on the rise as a prospect, as proven by the fact that yesterday he received his 1st D1 Scholarship Offer from UMass. Only a rising-Sophomore, Cimino figures to be seeing a lot more Birthday Invitations as time matriculates." _________________ “Some people want it to happen, some wish it would happen, others make it happen.” |

Mentions BC, URI and us. Right now, a preference for BC. Listed as class of 2014. Looks like he needs to hit the weight room. _________________ Always remember that you are unique, just like everyone else. |
