It doesn't bother me. Yeah, I'm screwed for the most part because I am probably never going to be able to donate at the higher levels, but that's fine. _________________ Stop waiting for UMass to do something big and help UMass do something big. - Shades |

If the goal is to earn respect from the media and not be such a distant second to BC and UConn the old program was simply not good enough. Take a young high school senior today and become passionate about UMass. Graduates from UMass in 2017, he could earn decent seats donating above the $100 level. Will it cost us longtime supporters the best seat location, possibly. Have to ask you, do you share the goal of earning the respect of the Boston Media? We all have personal goals but the faithful need to do more and this program gives the incentive.
The program looks similar to Charlotte’s program except we start at half the level of $25 and go to twice the level 25k.
Priority Points are assigned as follows:
4 Points for each consecutive year of 49er Club membership
3 Points for each $100 donated during the current fiscal year (July 1-June 30)
2 Points for each $100 donated during the donor's membership history
1 Point for each consecutive year of purchasing men's basketball season tickets as a 49er Club member

So, I bought 3 club seats. This means I donated $75 to the Minutemen Club (I think). Does this mean if I donate $25 more I'll get a parking pass? _________________ I wish Hockey East was an all-sports conference. |

Yes. Where is says "Minutemen Club Donation", add an extra $25. That will get you up to the level where you get a parking pass (white level). _________________ Stop waiting for UMass to do something big and help UMass do something big. - Shades |

You should receive a donation receipt in the mail showing you have donated $75 to the Minutemen Club. Those count to the $100 threshold; that was why people who bought four club seats automatically got a parking pass. |

Ok, so I'm an idiot. I interpreted the form to say "Either buy 4 club seats OR donate $100 to the club." I thought if you bought less than 4 club seats, you'd need to donate $100 on top of your purchases. Glad to hear I'm wrong.
Just called up and donated $25 more to the Minutemen club and will be parking in the VIP lot this season. Not bad for $5 extra a game.
Also, it bumps me up to the White level. I've only been a season ticket holder for three years prior to this one, so I'm probably at the bottom of the White Level, but that's better than being the top of the Maroon level. _________________ I wish Hockey East was an all-sports conference. |

| I was excited to receive a mailing from the Minutemen Club the other day, which included a car window decal and Minutemen Club license plate frame among other things. Unfortunately, the "UMass" at the top of the frame covers the "Massachusetts" at the top of the license plate, which is technically illegal in the great state of Massachusetts. I'm sure it's not strictly enforced, but the last inspection I had the guy took off my license plate frame because he said I would fail inspection otherwise. Wish it had been designed with that in mind, but oh well. I'll be displaying it in my condo instead. The next mailing I'll be looking forward to is the one in which we receive our football seating assignments! |

I noticed the exact same thing when I got mine! It's a nice gesture, but I'll keep that in my ever-growing pile of UMass paraphenalia. |
