Looks like the women got screwed as well, though I don't know the landscape of women's lax. _________________ Stop waiting for UMass to do something big and help UMass do something big. - Shades |

Not sure, but I do know that the A10 is a really weak lax league. _________________ If only I could be as great a fan as Pierce9999.... |

Sucks that the game is basically the same time as the men's game, as I would have gone since it is right in my backyard. I can't miss the men's game though _________________ Go UMass |

| Lost 15-12 to #3 Maryland in the first round of the NCAAs. I didn't see the game, but it may not have been as close as the score indicates. Maryland was up 15-7 with 6 minutes left. |

The women's lax team gets to escape snowy Amherst to play a tough Northwestern squad and a new USC team down in warm LA.
I'm looking forward to catching a few games in Amherst this season! |

| I keep telling 78..........concentrate on softball, lax and field hockey. It would lower his BP. |

| Women's Lax beat Iona 22-6. The game went into mercy-rule timing late in the first half and the Minutewomen never looked back. It's great to watch UMass' speed and ability to take advantage of turnovers that UMass created. |
