I don't think this has been posted before, and my apologies if it has.

Awesome. Shows how "timeless" the campus really is.
I think the Washington room I stayed in fresh and soph year in 1990-91 still had the same furniture as the guy in the video. |

really cool video...it definitely is amazing how all the buildings really do look exactly as they do now. It's also cool to see how the area looking west from campus looked back then before the Route 9 and 116 expansion and all the commercial growth. _________________

No softball field, no parking lots, no Mullins Center. Amazing to see. _________________ Stop waiting for UMass to do something big and help UMass do something big. - Shades |

That was pretty cool. Crazy that in that one scene the library wasn't there yet!
I also LOVE the freshman beanies, those are great.
It's always really cool to look back at campus back in the day. My mom's got a few pictures from when she graduated in '78 and it was always really cool to check them out. |

| Does anyone remember when they were going to dredge the pond and build something (maybe the library) where the pond is? It was in 1968 or 1969. We students laid down in front of the bulldozers and wouldn't let them do it. There were many other protests in that time period (Viet Nam, etc.) but that was my favorite. |
