I'm 5'10" and I could look straight into his eyes. No more than 5'11".

He seems to enjoy the opportunity to get the assist. He's #3.

Here is a link to the article suggesting UMass may be the leader for Traynham.

I'd be real happy to have him, but where is the scholarship coming from.

We have Ricky going out and Esho coming in already.

Does DK know something about a player leaving that we dont?

if this kid was 6'2 he'd prob already have a ton of high major offers. I'll take the starting pg on one of the best aau teams in the country any day. Many have proved a sub 5'10 pg can succed in this league heres a blurb for last summer in vegas at pretty much the biggest aau tourney of the year...
"Daryl Traynham (DC Assault)- Speaking of playing himself into a high major recruit, Traynham was exceptional in his team's tough loss to the Magic. Traynham came off the bench and immediately swung the game in DC Assaults favor. He scored a game high 29 points and disrupted Jackson's rhythm on the offensive end. Traynham was a nightmare for opposing point guards throughout his time in Vegas, also giving Trevor Releford and Gary Franklin fits with his pressure defense."
BTW Joe Jackson is a 5 star(#5) guard this year goin to memphis

I'd take Isaiah Thomas or Devan Downey any day of the week, and they are 5'8" and 5'9" respectively. . .hope we can land him if he's that good!

Something just doesn't seem right here. He's the 26th ranked point guard in the country and no one other than us and Western Kentucky is seriously pursuing the kid? Is it just me or does that strike anyone else as a bit bizarre?

Marty i was thinking the same thing then i read somewhere that about a year or so ago he went to the pattersion school and lasted about 10 days. Got into a few fights and left. So there may have been some issues that have scared people away. Seems to have too much talent for the amount of interest.

His size (lack of) turns majors off I'm sure.
