By what turn of events would you be forced to sit in the student section and wear their colors? If I were you, I would contact the Mullins box office and buy a ticket from them--then you know you'll be seating with fellow Minutemen.
Great that you're going! _________________ Always remember that you are unique, just like everyone else. |

Historically, there's always a few people there from the board (at least if I recall correctly), so if you get your ticket in the UMass section, you should be in decent company relative to the rest of the arena. Good luck. _________________ Muck Fax Page |

Had Dayton fans sitting next to me whenever the last time dayton came to Amherst was and they were real nice people. Had a good conversation with one guy about both teams and thought they were very respectfull and knowlegeable fans _________________ Stay thirsty my friends |

can't wait for this game, they've struggled with athletic frontcourts, and we have one. |

Actually now that I think about it, most of them did have on red sweater/sweatshirt type things and were easily noticed _________________ Stay thirsty my friends |

| not looking to jump ahead, but figured id mention that the kid im going to see there told me that Dayton is celebrating their "Most Underrated basketball atmosphere" award at the umass game. I guess this is on CBS college sports and he said there is some college gameday type of event before the game...easy to say this game just got alot more difficult |

Probably about time we start talking about the Flyers. From what I've seen of them, they're a solid, if inconsistent club. They have a lot of talent but we seem to match-up well with them and while they have a bunch of very good players, there's no one on their roster who you just dread facing. That said, they also have arguably the best fans in the conference and they absolutely need this game to remain on the bubble. It would be our biggest win of the season if we can get it. I think if we're winning by a few buckets at halftime, we'll win the game. Struggling out of the gate and/or not putting our foot on the gas when we're up early has been a theme in road losses. If Putney can stay out of early foul trouble and we can remain poised and efficient in our offense, we have a great shot at it. If we come out slow and they take a nice lead, it could be a long afternoon. _________________ Muck Fax Page |

^^ UMass is 13-0 when leading at the half but most of those leads were
against weak teams at home. |

| This game is just as important for us. If the good umass team shows up we win. I think we r the better team and could easily win. Then again we've lost a few times on the road to lesser teams. Another big test for Chaz. They have one of the best pgs in the league. I think we play well and further solidify a first round bye!! |

Control what we can control, and that means winning one game at a time. Don't overlook anyone for the next one, and don't look back at the last one. At this point of the season, especially, we need to just win, baby! _________________ Stop waiting for UMass to do something big and help UMass do something big. - Shades |
