Interesting tidbit from that article is that Cruz's #80 jersey is the biggest seller in the NFL.
What's up with UMass marketing Cruz UMass jerseys? Is it a licensing issue? _________________ "Never argue with a fool; people might not be able to tell the difference." |

| First touchdown of Super Bowl XLVI is caught by Victor Cruz. Hoping he gets a few more and can win MVP. |

Victor was key in drawing double coverage allowing the other Giant receivers to get open more easily. this was simply a great win for the Football Giants. Eli was great late in the game and the Defense did just enough to keep the game in range... lets see, 3 in a row vs the pats, including 2 Super Bowls in a row. very nice indeed! _________________ All due respect, and I mean that from the bottom of my heart, I'm gonna pass. |

Vic's touchdown was pretty much right infront of us, and seeing the salsa dance live and in person was pretty amazing. I did not realize at the time, though, that James was in man coverage on Vic. Saw that after I got back to Boston. _________________ Stop waiting for UMass to do something big and help UMass do something big. - Shades |

A UMass #3 would be simple I would think..doesn't need his name..if I am correct it wasn't on the uniform back then anyway.
Plenty of other schools do it.
Another wasted opportunity. |

| New York City local news first story was naturally about the Giants. They did a whole piece on Cruz and his local roots. Mentioned Umass. Second piece is about the riots at UMass. The reporter didnt make the Cruz connection which was helpful. |

They mentioned that on ESPN Sports Nation and how both prob went at it in pratice during their days at UMass.
On a side note Victor just signed a deal with IMG to handle his endorcements. Im sure he will get many with his popularity in the hispanic and american comunities.

| ^ great photo. Couldn't be happier for him. Shook his hand at the clash and the guy couldn't be humbler. |

I hope they rectify this before the beginning of next season. I would love to wear a #3 Umass Jersey to the season opener at UCONN. |

I bought my season tickets already. I need a jersey to go with them.
Off that. What is the likelihood that there will be a bigger selection of numbers on the replicas? It'd be nice to order a custom jersey, although i know that is unlikely. |
