I'm struggling between appreciating the effort at getting this done and wincing at the cheesiness. Coach has a "just-released-from-the-asylum" smile going and may kill us all if we don't buy these.

loved the horseback police officer in the dk add. can't get more than 10 people together without a police presence.

The DK one is racking up views much faster right now. It could be an interesting contest, and great viral campaign, between the two to see who could get more views.

Athletic department puts up $1k (or each coach $500 or some other combination) and the coach whose video gets the most views by July 1st gets to donate the proceeds to their favorite charity.

Two teams, 1 Goal, & everybody wins!

Let's see promote the new plate, promote the school, promote the teams, and all for a good cause.

That is a fantastic idea! I'd have to think DK would win just because he has a bit more name recognition at this point....

Too bad this wasn't thought of when the videos came out!

Anyone have any updates on where we are at towards the 1,500 goal? I haven't received the app yet, so clearly we aren't there quite yet.

^ Yes, let's go! The final push to get those last 300 applicants! Start posting on facebook, maybe with it being so close to reality, more people will be inclined to sign up.

I have also shared it on my facebook wall. So close to making this happen. One question... has whoever runs the Sam the Minuteman page shared it lately? He's got like 6,000 fans on there or something like that.
