Down 0-1 about 5 minutes in. Lazy defensive play then a goal through the 5 hole.

0-2. Power play goal. Maine is good. Sadly, UMass is not. I feel badly for our Rocks22 who is in Orono for the weekend. Hope he is at least having some decent beer.

UMass on the power play toward the end of the first period -- zero shots on goal and Maine controlled the puck for most of the 2 minutes.

The guys announcing this game might be the worst hockey announcers I have ever heard. The ref waved off a goal immediately and the moron announcers were talking about it being a goal for two minutes. Just AWFUL.

0-3 -- 21 seconds left in the first period. We are really bad.

So glad I paid to watch this travesty tonight.

I honestly have never heard worse college hockey announcers in my life.

Another power play, 0 shots for UMass, 2 for Maine. Brutal.

Color guy on the broadcast has called us UMass Lowell 4 or 5 times.

0-4 with about 8 left in second period. This team is in a very bad place. I never root against them, but if not making the playoffs means a new coach, I am all for that.

0-5. Defenseman watches Black Bear skate around him and straight to the net.

Maine is good, but this team has clearly quit. In fact, they did not even show up tonight. I hope Rocks22 comes home tonight.

This reminds me of the 11-1 game (I think that was the score) at Merrimack last year.

Color guy just called him Coach CALhoon.

0-6. Maine player on breakaway. Boyle (in for Matalerz) makes the save, but Maine player still able to get rebound and shoot again to score with NO UMass defender in site. Toot should bench as many guys as possible tomorrow night. And, to top it off, the color man calls us UMass Lowell again.

Not to beat a dead horse, but the players do. not. care. Yes guys like Syner, Hobbs, Marcou, Hanley, and maybe one or two others + the goalies work hard. The rest, I don't know what Toot can do.

3-7. Less than a minute left. Wouldn't be a UMass game if they didn't allow a goal in the last minute of a game. Boyle completely out of position on the play.
