Deshauns Coolidge team plays Findley Prep. tonight, on espn somewhere I know its on ESPN3.

ESPN preview of the key players on his team. After reading the Washington Post article, it's hard to figure out when he will be eligible. He may have to prep a year.

The fact that his team likes to push the ball up the court every chance they get makes him an ideal fit for UMass. I hope he saw some of our last games and saw the style we play. If he preps, then the timing of him coming in with Morgan and Chazz as seniors would be perfect for him. The chance for more playing time would be on the horizon.

umass recruits roddy peters made 3rd team,stanford robinson made 2nd team,unc recruit and #2 pg in the nation nate britt made 2nd team,sg josh hart who is a top 100 umass recruit and #15 sf in the nation made 4th team,so that tells ya something. also DeShaun Morman is the lone public school representative on the first team

I hope a few of these top recruits have the same attitude as Izzy--Umass was there first, they were loyal to me, I'm gonna be loyal to them. Just need a couple.

Agreed, I also think that kind of attitude says a lot about their overall character, in a good way.

^^ stuff like that all depends how the kid was raised.. Strong HH with a Strong parent mentor that pushes high values such as loyalty.. and which are exactly the type of players I want representing my team
