Done. A little disappointed to see how low UMass is right now. I hope the students pick up on this and vote once a day.

The standings seem to be updating in almost real time, while the totals are at noon. As of today at Noon Umass was at 116 with just 8 votes. Umass has since climbed up to 100, barely ahead of BC & UConn while behind Temple. This early a few votes can make a big difference.

Where is the student that wore red paint at all the NIT games to get the student vote out!!?!

I posted the link on the UMASS page, the Amherst page, the Gazette page, and at least another page (along with my own) on FB to get the word out.

This vote has been going on for at least a week, but they shut it down because they thought there was voter fraud. Not sure if they reset the results.

Get the word out on your FB and twitter pages!!!

AND VOTE DAILY!!!!! You know the other schools will....

Ranked 98th at the moment. The standings seem to update throughout the day, but the vote total only updates at noon each day. It still shows us having 8 total votes.

I'd like to vote but I don't face book or any other social network so I guess I am being discriminated and not allowed to participate.

You are allowed to participate, nothing is stopping you from going to facebook and setting up an account.

There was an ad today on Facebook asking UMass fans to vote. I think it was sponsored by ESPN and not UMass (which was my first thought). However if I am wrong and UMass did sponsor it Kudos to them for stepping into the digital marketing age with pinpoint marketing!

I posted the link in the UMASS Minuteman Football group on FB (the one that stupidly had the "coach of the year, vote for Morris" link up during the tailspin last year...) and it was promptly trashed and then deleted.

If there is anyone here part of that group, I could use some backup!

The UMASS Minuteman Football group isn't run by the program or department... the main person behind it at the moment is still the wife of Kevin Morris. It's a huge pro-Morris group and the guy arguing with me has a previous post supporting Morris after he got let go. He clearly has a vendeta against the program and department.

EDIT: I gave up and left the group. That clown arguing with me just kept going around in circles. Not worth the time.

Sounds like it's time to start a new Facebook group, one not run by a coach's wife!! I nominat IV to start it up (especially since Facebook is blocked at my work so I can't really do much)
