Probably because Kentucky just won the national championship, has a top ranked team most every year and their coach is our former coach who is good friends with our current coach. It came up again recently because the Kentucky vs. Indiana game just got cancelled for next year, so it would reason Kentucky has another open slot for a non-conference game. |

| For the 900th time on this site......Cal has said he's not scheduling DK or Bru or any other of his former coaches. It's a "family" thing and he doesn't want to be involved in beating guys that he taught/brought up/whatever. People need to get over the possible UK thing.....it's not going to happen unless it's in a preseason tournament or a post season tournament. DK and Cal are NOT going to schedule a game.....it's not going to happen. People are focused on UK because of the Cal/DK thing....... |

Ben Weixlmann @BWeixScout
According to @AmeliaRayno, #Minnesota and #Richmond will play a home-and-home starting next season. #A10
Why can't we get home-and-homes like this? |

Look who is looking for a scrimmage:
| Quote: | | BC is looking for a scrimmage on November 1, 2,3 or 4. Would prefer home, but would consider playing on the road in the northeast. |
Come out to Amherst and we'll get our home game and you'll get a 40-point thrashing!!
Teams posting looking for H-H:
Creighton
Old Dominion
South Florida
USC
Cincinnati
Georgia
others include:
Kent State
BU
Niagara

Yeah, most of those teams want to start on the road. And dates might not match up too well.
Any on the upper list would likely be welcomed opponents at the Bill and would draw a nice crowd.
The lower list are less desirable but possible. The only reason I see Niagra as a possibility is because they are in the MAAC and would likely want to play at Springfield. I'm not advocating, just wouldn't be surprised after the Siena series was announced.
If we play them, I would expect it to be N-A-H. No rush to get them to Amherst but three wins are three wins. Just hope they are the weakest teams on the schedule.
This might be the first year in a while that no NEC or AE teams come to the Bill. That alone might improve the RPI.
Of course those are the teams usually fill the open dates. If we have to play an AE team, hope it is BU.
Has anyone heard if we should expect any games at Garden, Springfield, Cage or Centrum? _________________ Refuse To Lose!!! |

| I know you're not advocating, but we only have 2 more open dates on our schedule. If it turns into BU and Niagara, this place will go ape shite. |
