After CMU we have Akron and Miami, so a real possibility of going 6-8 with 4 games to go. All 4 are against middle of the pack teams so we need to go 3-1 to end at .500. Not as easy as I would like it.

EMU's leading scorer and rebounder in their win over UMass was Carlos Hart, who is off the team due to being indicted for point shaving. Hart also led them in steals that game and sealed the win with the last 3 points. EMU played the last 3 games without Hart and lost all 3.

This team has mental toughness. They were down by 8 early in the game and again in the second quarter but fought back before a raucous crowd of 692 to get a big road win. I hope Allie is OK as we'll need her down the stretch.

Eastern Michigan did almost all of their scoring close to the basket in the first game. They only took 12 threes (3/12) and Habhab went for 20 and 9. He went to the line 13 times. If Leo plays with the fire he had on Tuesday he will reverse the situation with Habhab.
