  • Saw a season-low 3 minutes in the 66-56 rock fight win over South Florida (12/2), as Josh Cohen stayed in for 35
  • Held to 1-4 shooting, but snared a then-season-high 8 boards at Towson (12/6)
  • Tallied 8 & 7 in 22 minutes in the win vs West Virginia (12/16)
  • Opened A10 play with 10 & 7 in the win over Duquesne (1/3)
  • Notched his first career double-double with 10 pts and a career-high 13 boards, in 20 minutes of work in the win over La Salle (1/10)
  • With Matt Cross out, DHS got his first UMass start at Rhode Island (1/13) and tallied 10 & 6
  • Started the next three games in place of Cross. Averaged 10.5 and 6.5 in the four game span, including a new career-high 16 points at Saint Joseph's (1/23)
  • Came close to another double-double, with 8 & 10, in the win at Saint Louis (1/27)
  • Tallied 9 & 7 in 18 minutes of work against St. Bonaventure (2/24)
  • Notched 10 & 13 in 20 minutes of work in the win at Davidson (3/2)
  • Closed out the season on a down note, with no points or boards in 10 minutes vs VCU (3/14) in the A10 Tournament

Daniel Hankins-Sanford, SC, 2022-23

South Carolina (2022-23)

  • Had committed to play for Frank Martin at SC. After Martin was dismissed, Hankins-Sanford remained committed, and signed to play for new SC coach Lamont Paris.8)
  • Appeared in 22 games for the Gamecocks
  • Scored eight points in a win over Eastern Michigan
  • Finished with eight rebounds in win over Western Kentucky
  • Was majoring in Sports & Entertainment

  • Three-star prospect, rated in the top-200 nationally and fifth in the state of the North Carolina via 247Sports
  • Played varsity all four years at Julius L. Chambers High School (2018-22)
  • As a senior, led the Cougars to a 22-7 overall record after averaging 16.5 points, 7.9 rebounds, 1.9 steals and 1.8 assists per game
