Freshman year

  • Played in 26 of SC's 31 games, all off the bench. Averaged 2.0 points and 3.0 rebounds in 12.2 minutes per game. Shot .561 from the floor, all on two-point attempts.
  • Started with 8 points and 5 rebounds in the season opener vs USC Upstate (11/9/21), but fouled out after 13 minutes of action.
  • Tallied 6 & 3 in 14 minutes versus Wofford (11/23/21).
  • Logged 11 minutes versus Florida State (12/12), with 2 points and 4 boards.

  • A three-star prospect and the number four prospect in the state of New Jersey according to ESPN.com.
  • Played freshman season of high school basketball at Neumann Goretti in Philadelphia, before finishing prep career at Camden (N.J.) High School.
  • As a junior, helped Camden High team to 29-1 record, including a season-ending 25-game win streak.
  • Averaged 10 rebounds per game and led his team with 71 blocks during junior campaign.
  • Played for coach Rick Brunson at Camden High.7) Brunson played at Temple in the height of the UMass/Temple rivalry in the 1990s.
  • As a freshman, helped Neumann Goretti squad capture the 2018 PIAA Class 3A state title.
  • Although South Carolina was the first to offer him a scholarship, Woodley verbally committed to play for Pat Chambers at Penn State. Re-opened his recruiting after Chambers was dismissed from Penn State.8)
