I think there is about 5% chance that Martin is the basketball coach next season with a stronger possibility that FM quits versue being fired. Bamford should definitely be shown the door despite what i think will turn out to be a good move with JH and the increase in budget.

I don't think they are going to fire Frank. I assume they are going to give him at least a couple seasons in the MAC to see what he can do there. Might as well play it out and see what happens.

I would love to sniff ANY postseason appearance. We don't really have a leg to stand on saying "NCAA OR BUST!" Not saying it shouldn't be the goal, but moving to the MAC doesn't make reaching that goal easier.


It actually vastly improves our chances at getting a tourney bid in the MAC ...

Both are great coaches and program builders. I would take either guy.

It is a no brainer.

#1 - No one cares about Uconn outside of CT.

#2 - He will make a ton of cash. The money, the lifestyle. If LA wants him, they will get him.

#3 - It is a win either way. If it works, he will have won at the ultimate level where so many other college coaches, including Cal ...
