One other interesting stat for what it's worth:

In the last two games, we have held the teams to around 35% shooting in the first half. However, in the second half, BC was at 58% and Davidson was 46%. Looks like we need to come out with more fire in the second half in terms of D, or at least be ...

First off, unlike most of you, I was there in person! Lay off Gibbs. He played a good game. Did all his shots fall? No, but that's life.

Gibbs was 0 for 2. His shots didn't fall because he didn't take any! 2 shots in 20 minutes? His only point came from the line, where he was 1 of 2. He also only ...

Also, I believe he is friends with Maxie Esho as well. . .so hopefully that helps things out. I agree, DK should be able to sell him on the fact that we could really be one missing PG away from being a stud team next year.

TV has come back to earth as opponents have doubled and tripled on him but he will learn when to fight it off and when not to.

I'm sure DK will tell TV to focus back on his game - he's a scrapper who is a solid player inside the arc. I do remember that one of the negative comments about him ...

He's a good defender, and we coulda used that in the last 8 seconds. Farrell didn't do much as his replacement.

Fair enough. I guess I'm just pissed, because this was a completely winnable game, and I think this team could be good if we just got better at distribution - and since Gibbs was ...

Any update on this kid? We really need a PG to learn this offense. 6 assists as a team is not going to fly next year (or this year, but it doesn't look like we have a choice this year).

We need a PG desperately. We had 6 total assists and 12 turnovers. That's horrendous. Can we get CLowe in as a part time coach, and stop giving Gibbs PT. He brings little to nothing to the table.

Ricky's shooting is not helping that out at all. Up by one. Similar situation as the BC game. Let's see if we can make good adjustments and come out strong, or if Davidson does that on us.

Agreed 100% - well maybe 95%. We will still need to find a PG who can run the show.

Hope we can steal one of those bids with an A-10 tourney win. . .up until that time, everything else is a learning experience for us.

Apparantely Skinner made some big line-up changes in their game against Bryant. He said it may not continue the whole season, but he's going to try it out. . .we'll see what that means tonight. I guess Trapani played center for them in the Bryant game.
