Received e-mail yesterday from UMass Athletics re: season ticket renewal. For my premium seats, $275 before Aug. 16; $295 after Aug. 16.

I just looked at season tix and seats were terrible. Stuffed in the corners. They did give me a choice of 3 different corners so that was nice.

That is terrible. I can't believe that there are no season tickets available in the center sections in the upper levels. You need to call the ticket office and ask to talk to Sean, the ticket manager and see what options he will be able to give you.

We play Temple at home on November 17 this season.

Here's a little throwback...

Dan Malone's report on today's practice, with lots of pictures. DK has never had this many healthy bodies and there will be a lot of battles for playing time.

Everyone is apparently eligible. So where are the naysayers who jumped to wrong and slanderous conclusions.

^ Not quite yet. We still don't know if everyone is eligible. Just because they're practicing in summer doesn't mean they've cleared the eligibility process.

Matty V's blog about today's practice. Matt is not prone to hyperbole, so this report has me pretty excited. He also clarifies the eligibility situation.

I think it is a very good sign that they are all participating, but Matty V mentions in either his recap or blog that the Clearing House has yet to clear any of the new players yet.

I'd suspect if there were any major issues, we wouldn't have seen certain kids on the floor yesterday. I'm hopeful we're in good shape because of that. From here it becomes a matter of staying healthy and if anyone should potentially redshirt.

Well, I may have spoken too soon, but I think you are correct. If there were issues they would not be in practice. So we are still waiting for definitive determination.

Per Matty V, no official word yet. Here's hoping!
