I did a live chat with HULU and they said that I would have to sign up for HULU + live TV and pay the $ 47 immediately.

They give u a week free trial I guess if youve never used before. If you go to hulu tv and select 44.99/mo package, it should say 1 week free trial even before you click it. If you do not get the 1 week it might be bc you have used hulu tv b4. Sling, YouTube tv, Sony vue I think all carry espnews and all have 1 week free trials as well if your motivated.
