Are they (Umass) in a zone defence to start the game? Or did I enjoy this snow day a bit too much at my home bar!

^^ I think it was Martucci, the color guy, who made positive comments about UMass being a good place to go to school and as well as being a good place to play basketball when talking about Pip and his decision to stay.
After Pip hit a deep 3 he also said, ‘he‘s in the area so ge’s In his range.’

Malik, Turner-Morris need to smal that ball. Too tentative.

I feel like Umass has been in a zone almost the whole game and they have not mentioned it is unusual for Umass to play zone.

Which was worse in the first half... the announcing or the officiating?
I think I'd give it to the announcing by a small margin.

I have been a big critic of CJ this season, too often comparing him going into the lane dribbling like he is falling down a flight of stairs but the last third of the season he has really upped his game. He has really had a great finish to his career.

Neither, UMass' layups and La Salle's shots.
