By comparison, his tweet seems rather harmless in the long line of offensive tweets, in general. Referring to her as 'Fat Albert" and commenting on her weight is never a good thing, and calling her a cheater, also not a good thing. Not sure though where any of this can be defined as racist... We have far worse comments made on this board towards other posters than this tweet.

"Congratulations to the state GA and Fat Albert @staceyabrams because you have truly shown America the true works of cheating in an election, again!!! Enjoy the buffet Big Girl! You earned it!!! Hope the money is good, still not governor!"

Poor taste, sure. Inappropriate for a coach who is leading and shaping young men, of course. But racist? I'm not sure about that...

I also share the opinion that this really isn't relevant to UMass football or, in general. Interesting to note maybe, but relevant, not at all.

It is low-brow and lazy for sure - but I don't think the intent was to be racist. If it was in fact intended to be racist, that truly is a different story. I have never heard anything else from this guy ever that would indicate that is part of his belief system.

He deserves a Big Ten job. Whipple still got it and Kenny Pickett will be a first round pick because of him.
