Glad the a10 still has a modicum of status. Hopefully next season will be more impressive.

Phil Martelli no longer the coach at St. Joe's. What a legend.

Here's the list. 3 long time coaches and 11 newbies.

So did he retire or get fired?

Davidson lost to Lipscomb 89-81. Ugh.

The A-10 mascots got some court time and air time with Jimmy Fallon.

And Dayton loses at Colorado 78-73, cutting the A-10's postseason teams from 4 down to 2.

That Lipscomb/UNCG NIT game might be better than 50% of the NCAA Tournament games. It's like a 12 vs. 13 2nd round game.

Not sure whether this post belongs in this thread or we need a 2019-20 one.

St. Joe's went with Billy Lange as their new head coach. From the Philly Inquirer:
"Lange, a former Jay Wright assistant at Villanova who also had been a head coach at Navy and the Merchant Marine Academy, and an assistant at La Salle and Philadelphia Textile, will start his work on Hawk Hill after Thursday night’s Sixers game."

Jared Bynum is exploring transfer options and 3 recruits have de-committed.

I know nothing about Lange, but the credentials sound decent.

I also don't know anything about Lange, other than the brief article quoted. My only thought is that Matt McCall continues to be the youngest A-10 basketball coach (I think by a lot but not sure of that). Hoping that means a fast learning curve for our guy.

LaMarr Kimble has also announced he is transferring.

Same here. Philadelphia Textile is a powerhouse!
