Not to mention it seems pretty apparent that DK is going to be utilizing at least a 3 guard lineup moving forward. I believe he even mentioned using CJ as a 4 in his last interview posted on masslive. I'm assuming that the new rule changes, which will speed up the pace of play, have somewhat altered how teams are going to be put together moving forward.

Agreed. Pip, Jarreau, and Brown together. . .that's nasty. I think DC is going to be a big time scorer and if Malik, Gresham and Baldwin can play up to expectations, we could have a very, very good team nationally in a few years. I'd like for Berger and Coleman to be big contributors, but I'm quite honestly worried about health. Seems like they are never going to get rid of the injury bug. Not really sure on Holloway. I think CJ will be great as a glue guy going forward.
I'd really love to see Pip jump in this year to get some additional experience, though.

I can see a situation where Holloway transfers. It seems like at least one player leaves the team early each year and I'd peg him as the one next year.

In case anyone was wondering exactly how good Jarreau is take a look at this. Rivals last updated their rankings on 9/24 and Jarreau is #39 in the country while Brown is #49.

To me, Holloway seems like Izzy Freeman. A guy that I'm not quite sure really wants to push himself to get better. Holloway still seems out of shape. Freeman was more of an academic and athletic issue, but I still think it's a fair comparison.

Except that Holloway has basket ball skills. And maybe desire.

Relax Francis. He's a 19-year old, D1 scholarship athlete. So, first, he's 19...the easiest time in your life to get in shape. Second, he's going to school for free because of his athletic ability. So yeah, his conditioning or lack there of is a VERY legitimate issue to discuss.
I hope he gets into hitting the weights and eating right because he can be a beast if he commits to the program.

In all fairness to RH, knee injuries to a kid his size are tough. He's a naturally big boy, and when you can't work out like you want, it hurts your conditioning. Let's give the kid a season to come back from his injury and see what he can do before we see him off. A kid with his size, with his supposed good hands and footwork, is a valuable asset. Can't teach size with talent

Yes, knee injuries are tough but didn't he already have a season to get in shape? Two seasons, really. He signed with us 2 years ago, knowing he should show up in shape. For more reasons than just his knee, he's still not there. We can't write him off but he's a longshot to see much action this year. Even after he loses the weight, he still needs to build up endurance, quickness, strength. I'm not passing judgement. I'm just being realistic that he's got a long road to haul.

^ RH had surgery last year, I imagine he put on some extra weight during the recovery process.

Miles, not sure if he is into social media, but he has a ton of replies from IU fans to his last tweet...far more than Miami's fans. Showing support doesn't hurt.
