The way he's handled his recruitment gives little reason to doubt that he will indeed wait until spring.

I think we have more than a glimmer of hope..... I really believe he'll be a Minuteman.

If he wanted to join us he could have done it already. He's waiting on something else.

Unless someone has some inside information, I'm not sure how you can have any idea either way.

Couldn't you replace the word "us" with the name of any other school he's got offers from and say the same thing? Seems like no one knows where this kid is leaning at this point.

What other explanation is there?

Brown is going to have major offers whether he signs early or not. Maybe smart enough to see the programs that rise or crash during the year, coaches that get fired or move on, etc. Could just be he's confident that he'll be in the driver's seat come Spring.

^^If the trips are the reason, and that is a good reason, why go to Indiana twice and Ohio? Kid could use a travel agent.
UMass has a great school of Rest/Travel & Tourism Administration that could help.

Bruce just announced his final two schools are Miami and Indiana. Oh well...

Still pumped about the class obviously.

Would have been nice to have a big impact player but the fact that we are already in good shape with our guard situation creates the opportunity for us to get a big man that we so desperately need (especially with Space questionable to return) and stock the cupboard for the future.

^^^ Space was only here for this year, so this has 0 impact on anything to do with space whatsoever... We currently have 5 players (including pip) coming in our 16 class. I am hoping that DK does not use this one at all and attempts to use it on the 2017 class.

He'll probably sign within the week..... well, it didn't look good for us from the start when he never chose to have an official visit to UMass. No surprise, good luck to him. I rather have the duo DeJon and Brison than Bruce anyday.
