I’ve enjoyed watching Butrick get schooled on D only to come down and jack a bad 3. Transferring from the Big 10 seems to have allowed him to showcase his skills. DD seems to have really expanded his game, too. Thank fucking God Walker got off the bench.

I do not feel comfortable watching these guys.The only good this is we are doing the full court press most of the game.

Trying to rally around its the First game. However as all have pointed out we are royally screwed inside this year

The first game of the doubleheader was A LOT more fun.

Besides the atrocious team performance in the first half my main impression is this: College Basketball has become so much less enjoyable and fun to watch since all the changes with the transferring and amateurism SCOTUS ruling.

Who are these guys? Players playing for 3 or 4 teams now in their college careers... it's so much harder to follow or feel loyalty and root for the team than it used to be. Used to be fun watching players grow and develop with the program.. to see a team come together as a cohesive unit which is what made College Bball so great and different than the pros... players who were loyal to the program and you could feel their passion... now it's a player carousel and its almost unbearable to watch how year in and year out the team is almost unrecognizable from the previous year.

Doesn't help we stink.

^guys are playing for their 3rd or 4th team for a reason. Transfer portal sucks for every reason possible.
…And Noah sucked in the first half, but he has his sponsorship so it is cool.

Yeah. The sets are so bland, and hardly ever free up anything. He's gotta harness whatever was working in that Tre-less URI game.

Hey, maybe, just maybe, Kentucky gets off to a bad start and fires Cal. Then, maybe, just maybe, Cal comes back here and our lives stop sucking for the first time in a quarter century.

Just got home in time to watch the 2nd half - of course it’s disappointing to see us down at half. Hopefully we turn it around and hit some 3’s!
