Thinking back to my own huge failing in assuming that they should have been able to win 4 games this year relatively easily - I guess I assumed that they had recruited (roughly) the same caliber of player as other MAC programs, based on comparable NIL and 'prestige' (or lack thereof, since it's the MAC). This was obviously a mistake, though it's a tough thing to evaluate from afar given the lack of program coverage. Coach H having been away from head coaching for so long was also a huge detriment.

OK so a little more respectable now, as UM has scored two touchdowns, and executed a 2-minute drill pretty well.

Down 28-14 at the half, but some glimmers of hope.

Well no sugar coating anything. This was easily the most inept team ever. Umass is the laughing stock of all college football. Seriously the damage is beyond repair.

One would think that with all of the touchdowns allowed, they would practice kickoff returns!! The offense needs any positive field possession they can get!
