I also like Nate and Rivera, but I'm having a hard time figuring out how many minutes they will get. Rivera seems like a wing to me, but Jaylen had that spot last year and Frank loves Jaylen. Nate is a 2 or a 3, so where do his minutes come from? Sool starts at the 2, and we already have a logjam at the 3.

If you listed to the latest Collective podcast, it sounds like Sool is gonna see some significant minutes at the 1.

I did hear that and I like it if he can handle it. I would give Sool 20 minutes at the 2 and 10 minutes at the 1, with Curry getting 30 at the 1. Then, Nate could get 20 minutes at the 2 and we would have some scoring at both guard positions.

I agree and I wonder if Jayden, who is the ultimate team player, would be OK with coming off the bench for 15 minutes at the 3, with Rivera getting 25 minutes. We have too many bigs, including DHS, for the 6'6 Rivera to play the 4.

Frank's multiple comments about Rivera''s wingspan and basketball height make me think his ability to play the four is one of the reasons Frank wanted him

Maybe you have some insight, as you often do, but I have been told by multiple sources that Rivera is going to start. As I mentioned in a post above, I can't figure out where Rivera's minutes are coming from. I personally don't see him starting, but I have heard it so many times I am giving it a bit of validity.

Someone mentioned that Rivera could play the 4. I don't want a 6'6 guy playing the 4, even if he has a long wingspan. Daniel can play the four, as well as at least 2 of our new bigs, giving us more size up front..

It’s summer practice no one has a guaranteed starting spot. Also Rivera could easily start at the 4 with his length think we will se a lot of interesting lineup combinations
