Game 1, 2018-2019 UMass-Lowell 11/6/18

Umbrella thing must be new, pretty sure I brought them in the past, even last season if the memory serves me right. Seems tough, if it's raining hard you will be soaked by the time you get inside. What about when we start selling out and there are lines to get in?

Why didn't Turner Morris nor Unique play against Lowell, anyone know???

Think it's as simple as McCall played the guys he wanted to play and there are only so many minutes to go around.

Maybe we will see more of TM when we play bigger squads. I hope UM doesn't get too discouraged with sitting, but I am sure he will be used quite a bit as the season goes on.

I though we looked a lot better in this game. They looked really flat against Westfield.

Why didn't Turner Morris nor Unique play against Lowell, anyone know???

I know Unique picked up an injury around the Westfield game, but regardless I think both Unique TM are way down on the depth chart. In my opinion both are low level D1 guys. Unique is very limited in what he can do offensively, his strengths are on the offensive boards and in the press. Unfortunately for Unique, Coach McCall has other guys this year which can do those things plus having better offensive games in addition to those assets.

KM has almost no offensive game, and struggles with the types of coverage Coach McCall likes to run defensively.

Both guys will probably find their spots throughout the year,but unless one or both love the school and/or teammates I can easily see both transferring out.

I wondered about them the other night against Lowell. I remembered Unique had some injury issue, but I was surprised KTM didn't see any time. With his size he should help us on the glass, so there's got to be something limiting his pt. Let's hope they can get him on track because when Baptiste becomes eligible, he may see very limited time

McLean is likely to have two years of Grad transfer eligibility, assuming he is on track to graduate as he said and he does look to leave.
