- Scored 14 points in the season-opening win versus Northeastern (12/11).
- Scored 14 in the win at La Salle (12/16).
- Scored a season-high 23 points versus Bryant (12/21). Hit four three-pointers and went 7-7 from the line.
- Tallied 19 points and 7 rebounds (season-high) in the double OT loss to George Mason (12/30).
- Scored 15 points in two straight wins, over La Salle (1/9) and Rhode Island (1/13).

- In the season-opening win versus UMass-Lowell (11/5), scored 13 points, tallied 4 assists and only 1 turnover.

- Put up outstanding 3-point shooting numbers. His 92 makes were a UMass freshman record, 7th-most for any Minuteman in a single season, and tied for 4th among all NCAA D1 freshman. Percentage of .472 was 5th-best in all of NCAA D1, and Pierre was the only freshman in the top 60.11)
- Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week (1/15).
- Totaled a season-high five rebounds at South Carolina (12/2) where he put up 12 points and two steals.
- Got his first career start versus Holy Cross (12/6), putting up 9 points and 3 rebounds in 23 minutes.
- Came off the bench for the next three games, but became a permanent starter for the Maine game (12/22). Responded by putting up 25 points for a new season/career high, shooting 9-13 from the field and 7-9 from 3.
- Averaged 36.0 minutes per game, from the Maine game thru the end of the season. Tallied 5 games with 39+ minutes.
- Tied his high 25 point mark against La Salle (1/10) in their first match-up, and sank 10-of-16 shots.
- Put up a career-high four assists twice, first at La Salle (1/20) during their second match-up and again against Dayton (2/3) where he spent 44 minutes on the court.
- Scored 21 at Saint Joe's (2/10), including 5-9 shooting from 3.
- Tallied his highest three-point percentage on a perfect 4-of-4 (1.000) against George Mason (2/24).
