  • Key contributor to UM's ascension in the early years of the John Calipari era.
  • Heart of a warrior helped him play bigger than the 6'7” he was.

  • Tied a UM A-10 Tourney game record with 14 free throws attempted versus Temple on March 11. Mark stood through at least the 2007-08 season.3)

1991-92 Junior year

  • Started all of the team's 35 games.
  • Maintained his output at 13.9 points and 7.5 rebounds per game.

  • Snared 16 rebounds versus Rutgers in the A-10 Tournament on March 8, which was best in UM history, in an A-10 Tourney game, through the 2007-08 season.4)

  • Blocked 9 shots versus Rhode Island on February 1, setting a new UMass program record.

  • Free throw percentage of .721 led the team.
  • Led the team in rebounds with 255 (7.7 average).

1989-90 Freshman year
