This game definitely had some high and low points. Energy level was excellent. Pip and CP played well. The transfers played with a lot of enthusiasm and showed a lot of talent. Team defense was poor at times. Like was mentioned above, players played individual defense okay, however transition ...

I've got a pass for the Blue lot so I will be there. That is the season ticket holder lot so I should be easy to find with the UMass tent and flag in the middle of all that blue. Stop by for a beer if you are in the area (I might need the backup)

I really hope he gets a shot to play on Sundays. If that is not possible, can you imagine him in the CFL getting a 20 yard head start on the defender? Good luck keeping up with him!

Have no idea is Whip is going to platoon QB this year once the "real" season starts. If he does it based on the situation I see no problem with it. If there is a game where the passing game is not getting it done, I see nothing wrong with getting Comis in there to do some read option or whatever ...

I'm basically with IV on this one. The one exception I will make is that this could have very well been meant for the BC game. BC watching any film of this game now has to practice for two different QB's and two different offensive styles. If that was Whip's motivation, it might pay dividends. But ...
