Except, of course, when you are trying to salvage a "revolving door," er, "stepping stone" theory of coaching and offer that:

...then, everything is about statistics.

I love you. The argument I made was valid without any statistics. Idiots like you required some advanced information. You're welcome.

And you've been around long enough to know I'm right about Philly. But I'm sure you'll disagree since that's just what you like to do here. Ho-hum.

So is this the first year they did this?
There are a lot of people who complained about this as the tournament started. Then as it progressed (Rutgers winning a few helped) a lot of people loved it. Doesn't hurt that they had the national stage to themselves. As a neutral observer I loved it.

I watched the championship game yesterday and during the trophy ceremony, with the commissioner right there, Beilein took a shot at it and heavily insinuated it is bad for his team to have a week and a half off before their next game.

Yeah it's definitely not ideal for teams/coaches. Then again I read that the quarterfinal session was the first quarterfinal session to sell out at the Big 10 tournament since 2014. The crowds were really in to it and I do think there is something to be said for being the only power 6 conference to play that day. Because of the success I feel like it will happen again. But like you said, every 4/5 years makes the most sense. Not every year of course. It should be in Indy most years.

Big win for BYU. The West Coast will have 3 teams in the NCAAs and maybe a fourth if someone other than Gonzaga, St Mary's or BYU win their conference tournament.

BYU is hot garbage. Haven't seen them in three months, but we should have beaten them in Brooklyn.
