BG's #30, Wimberly, broke a big run on the previous play, going into the 2-minute timeout, that put the ball at the UMass 1. Giving Wimberly the ball on the next play for the score was a reward for the TD he had just narrowly missed. And you knew that Heisman Trophy winner and longtime NFL running back Eddie George, BG's head coach, was going to do right by one of his backs.

according to College Football reference this is the second to worst season only worse season is Walt bell 2019. But after reading the Sportico article I'm actually encouraged. The way things are baked in the FBS landscape, NO athletic director or chancellor or president will ever admit defeat and lower the level of competition. Maybe we got lucky with Chancellor Reyes.

Probably before your time ( I think the 70's), but did you ever see/hear about or watch that documentary " Murder at Fort Devens"? Saw it on TV, Investigative Reports with Bill Curtis. Big murder conspiracy

There were a few freshmen who played well. Hope coach can convince them to stay. The announcers said that we had 20 freshmen commited to us and a lot of them are from winning programs.

I really like Faulkner. Dude never got pushed back on any of his runs these last few games. He also hit the hole harder and faster than all the upperclassmen. The problem was the hole wasn’t always there.
