In the pregame interview before the Charleston game, it was mentioned that the Cougars got good news that Connor Hickman just had a court rule in his favor that he can play a 5th year, overruling the NCAA's initial denial that he couldn't.

Frank said that he thought Diggins' case to get a 5th year was better than Hickman's, and Sool was denied, as we now know.

One was willing to take it to court and sue, the other was not. As they mentioned on the broadcast, it's still up in the air for Hickman as it may turn out against him when all is said and done. We'll never know with Rashool, but it would have been nice to have him on this team had he wanted to stay.

Maine has played 18 games so far this season, Sool has seen action in 7. Put up 10-4-5 yesterday, the pts and rebs being season highs.

Well the NIL package should've alleviated any constructive criticism, at least I hope so. It's not like he choose to come here and chose to stay while eligible .
