That's a great observation, and one I had forgotten.

Yes, Saint Joe's came to Mullins 24-0 / 13-0 A10 on 2/25/2004.

I think that's probably the last instance of us playing an undefeated team so late in the season. UM's notes don't mention anything about it, but that's a bit of a hard stat and they're under-resourced lately.

Expand on that. By "jam packed" do you mean full sellout?

This one I remember vividly, as it was the infamous game where Nelson's brother (father, maybe?) wanted to try and fight them UMass student section towards the end of the game. Nelson very loudly told his family member to shut up and knock it off, then came over and shook our hands after the game. Cool moment.

No, but with a ranked and undefeated opponent coming in during a grade-school vacation week, I'd hope we'd be at 7k or better.

At this point that number would be great...
All due respect, and I mean that from the bottom of my heart, I'm gonna pass.

Im curious if we are making adjustments from the last game. they didnt have their point guard so that could be a huge difference for Suder. We need a huge game from the front court. all of them

I'll be there. And, I expect at least 6500. I know a few who are coming because it is school vacation. I can't due weeknight games usually. Will be there Saturday too.

I'll be there hoping for 6k+, want it to be over 7k like when we played the bonnies in Feb 2024. But who knows... A good atmosphere and a win would be fun

DD, you might have new neighbors tonight. I was gifted courtside seats for this game and Paul has 4 tickets for tonight. I think he has 2 or 3 coming with him. I have 3 with me at courtside.

I sure hope the guys play smart and stay aggressive without fouling. If we are good from 3 and the free throws are relatively close, we have a shot. I am 100% in favor of storming the court. Of course I am, it's 10 feet from where I will be sitting.

will be there - plus 3! If there is anything less than 6000 I'd be disappointed. Looking on the ticket site, the corners look pretty much sold out and the lower bowls look pretty much sold - a few tickets here and there - but just based on that it should be the biggest crowd of the Frank era. People talk about that Obi Toppin game a lot, but for all the hype, and as much as I thought it was pretty packed - the attendance was 5,030...almost the exact same attendance for the URI game last year.(5,024) If we get 1000 or more than those two games it'll feel pretty full.

Just once I want my son to know what it felt like to watch a game there when its sold out - he's seen a couple sold out hockey games but I still think a basketball crowd is louder. Nothing like a fastbreak dunk to cap a 10-0 run and the crowd goes absolutely crazy!!! I want that tonight!!

I’ll be there+2. I’m at the Hangar now, and there’s no seats at the bar already.

It will be around5k tonight. None of the upper arena is being sold. Students might push that higher, we'll see!
