Contact the UM ticket office, sometimes they'll have a visitors allotment for road games. 866-UMASS-TIX

I've tabbed this game and the Harvard game as the road wins we're most likely to steal. Providence a possibility too. Not holding out much hope @BYU.

I've tabbed this game as most likely road game dg will receive unfriendly attention from the crowd.
I'm against picketing, but I don't know how to show it.

I'm pretty sure Provo, Utah isn't too friendly towards the LGBT community. Bunch of rednecks down in Baton Rouge. I hope DG wipes the floor with LSU.MassModestMouse wrote:I've tabbed this game as most likely road game dg will receive unfriendly attention from the crowd.

The BYU game will be interesting. That zone they played last year against us was softer than puppy shit. Aside from Chazz's wonderful performance, I thought we did great work taking apart the zone starting in the high post.
The Cougars can score no doubt.

Back to LSU -- I was expecting them to be better this season. I guess they are young but I still was expecting more. The SEC as a whole is struggling. This will be a winnable game, like all of our games are, but we will have to play well on the road against a team with some size that is going to need some good wins under its belt before conference play.

Don't forget Bona. Their fans are notoriously vulgar and abrasive, and the students are right on the court. I wouldn't be surprised if a couple of assholes cross the line.Marshmont_63 wrote:I'm pretty sure Provo, Utah isn't too friendly towards the LGBT community. Bunch of rednecks down in Baton Rouge. Is online streaming of this game through the SEC network free if you log in with your cable provider (Comcast)? I just logged in and was able to watch it live just now but I'm not sure it'll be available for all events. Anyone know? And will it be available on replay if I cant watch live?
This is the most enjoyable losing season ever!

One might assume that, but Salt Lake City is not so far away, and was recently voted the most gay friendly city in the United States. Baton Rouge is a different animal than New Orleans, but the Big Easy was #17.Marshmont_63 wrote:I'm pretty sure Provo, Utah isn't too friendly towards the LGBT community. I will be happy if both towns HATE him because he plays for UMass and is kicking their teams arses. Get it done DG.
Re: Game 8, 2014-15: at LSU
OK, cause for optimism. (Quick turnaround department.) On kenpom, we're ranked as 59th, almost exactly where we finished last year (58). Meanwhile, LSU is at 95. I think that means that kenpom would predict a win for us. Harvard, by the way, is at 37. We really really need that. Bounce back, guys, bounce back!
