• UMass Boston is Division III. This is the first time UMass has played a regular season game against a non-Division I opponent, by choice (not as part of a Multi-Team Event), since 11/25/1991 when UMass hosted D-II's Keene State. (Keene State has since leveled down to D-III.) The lower tier game is not unusual this season, as almost all other Atlantic 10 members have at least one other non-D-I game on their schedules.¹⁾
