I have a 2 y/o whose mom is working all weekend, otherwise I'd be in Buffalo.

Anyway... Are those official ...

If that's it, then all teams faced on other side of bracket. On paper Harvard looks good, Clarkson seems to have had their number.

Will winning help, sure. But at a deeper, secular level, many of the BIG 5 universities are having a hard time engaging current undergrads in attending, and [...] if a game is not seen as: 1. "Cool, must attend" [...], they will 'blow it off'.

This is one thing that frustrates me because it's ...

Re: UMass vs. Temple 2015

Getting back to the game, I liked Whips comment to the question if anyone was seriously hurt after the Colorado game: "It's hard to get hurt if you don't hit anybody"!
LOL! Not a message you want to hear, but well deserved after last week.

Agree with you Ridge, if I may modify it to say "Not a ...

I'll be there with dad and a BU alumna who'll be rooting for UMass!

Marty - the main knock against the RPI is that it contains no margin-of-victory. The main knock against Kenpom is that it contains no strength of schedule AND the margin of victory, while it has a ceiling, in conjunction with no regard for opponent's strength, rewards teams inordinately for beating ...

Why would anyone say Iowa is better than UMass right now? Iowa has lost six of their last seven. In the last two months Tennessee has managed to beat Auburn. That's it for 'good' teams. All of the picks for Tennessee and Iowa are based on margin-of-victory metrics or their membership in BCS ...
