Completely unable to focus on anything today. Excited, hopeful and more than a bit fearful. But dammit, this is the day I've been waiting for. IS IT 2:45 YET?

I feel strangely calm. We've met the goal we all hoped for. The rest is for fun. This is fun today. At least until 2:45. Then it's time to get on the edge of the couch seat, stifle curses around my kids, and drop to the floor when a big 3-pointer is launched during our comeback run. Go UMass!

Can't say I'm calm, but I echo the sentiments of being satisfied/proud of our team. Most anxious about receiving a text beat down by friends if things don't go well because they know how emotionally invested I am with UMass. Can't dig ourselves a hole today.........I feel like a lot of these teams so far have been sharp, don't expect anything less from UT.

Ok for the record - my daughter really is sick. I was hoping it was just one of those fortuitous Ferris Bueller acts but she's been vomiting nonstop since she got up. It's not exactly helping my own nerves.
I hope I'm not hugging my laptop on the bathroom floor when tipoff arrives.

My 11-12pm meeting was bumped to 2-3pm today. I need to get creative really, really fast.

Vegas about to make a lot of $$$ today then
Once again, I point out that Vegas trying to split the action 50/50 is a fallacy. This is a classic potential example of a game where they believe they know the "right" team and will try to draw in more money on the other side. It doesn't always work, but it balances out for them in the long run.
I wrote this ... it's gotta be true.

But line movement is an indication that they are getting much more action on one side than the other

Duke just got bailed out with two gift calls, first an out of bounds play that went off Duke but wasn't called then a charge that was called a block.

Hope the team is relaxed and ready to ball because I am a wreck right now. Didnt think I'd be nervous but this is up there with game 7 2010 NBA finals for most nervous ive ever been for a game. Hope the outcome is different than that one.
