I take "suitors" to mean schools that are after him.
If that's right, DK is not pursuing him.
As good as Alex is, I'm fine with that

As decent Alex is, he is here for 1 year. With a trio of seniors, 4 juniors, and the youngins. DK wants to build a program and adding someone for a year might deter that. That is my opinion.

Team chemistry man . . . gotta keep it! DK must think this isn't a good fit.

Assuming dk was not interested doesn't make much sense.

^ I'm not saying I don't think he was considered, but if that is indeed a list of schools courting him, that tells me DK decided not to go after him.

A one and done guy could disrupt the brotherhood. If DK feels that way or even the team does, I'm fine with it.

As far as the SEC is concerned, does anyone know how this will be handled? I had first read that he is not transferring in the traditional sense, but rather graduating and going to grad school. Is there an exception for grad students?

That would get him around the NCAA rule, which he'll only need if uconn gains eligibility to the tourney next year. Not sure aboutnthe sec rule.

From this Zags Blog, I don't think we're on his radar so we can all relax now.

Is he also looking for a guarantee that he won't have to go to class like he had at UCon?

If we can't get him, I don't want to see him at any other A-10 school.
