The 2026-27 UMass Minutemen men's basketball team will represent the University of Massachusetts, the flagship campus in Amherst.
The season will represent the 118th season of basketball in the school's history.
This is expected to be UM's second season as a member of the MAC.

- Arizona State (Away) - We are expected to travel to ASU, in return for their trip to Springfield in the 2024-25 season.17)
- The MAC conference schedule has been 18 games in recent years. TBD on whether or not the addition of UMass and the loss of Northern Illinois in 2026 changes anything.
- UMass is expected to play in the MAC - Sun Belt Challenge, visiting a Sun Belt school on November 2, and hosting a Sun Belt school on February 6.18)
