This game scares the hell out of me. I have said before that I don't comprehend Net and KenPom. We are 45 spots better than GW in Net and 63 spots higher in KenPom. They are playing better than we are and they are the only A10 that scores more than we do.

I haven't seen the opening line, but the ESPN "predictor" site has us winning by 10+. That's insane.

Yikes, I just checked the opponent series record and we've lost 10 of the last 11 to GW. Our only win coming in the A10 second round in McCall's last year. Last regular season win against them was Feb. 2014. This is our first matchup vs the revolutionaries, so hopefully our luck changes and we can start a winning streak.

Can't find the point spread on this but ESPN's useless predictor gives UMass almost a 87% chance.

Question for you? Do you ever bet against UMass just as a reverse jinx? I'm tempted. I have a terrible track record in sports betting. So if I lose the bet, I'm still happy because UMass won, but if I win the bet, at least I'm a few bucks richer, maybe donate my winnings to the collective.
